- 6:00 – 7:00pm: Check-In
- 6:30 – 7:00pm: Festival Orientation
- 7:00 – 7:30pm: General Registrant Information
- 7:30 – 8:00pm: Parade Orientation

Parade & Festival Chatter Group
Upon submission of your registration, you will receive an email inviting you to join the Chatter Group Parade and Festival. This is a social community of participation where you can ask questions, share ideas, and communicate with other participants. Both the Parade and Festival Teams will be engaged with this group and might even float new ideas to get participant feedback.
Payment & Confirmation
If you selected to be invoiced you will have 30 days (registrations received prior to May 1) to make payment. If payment is not received your registration will be cancelled and you will need to submit a new registration to participate.
