Pride Ride at Ascend Cycle

In celebration of Capital Pride, Ascend Cycle will host an official Pride Ride with instructor Cole K. on Friday, June 7th at 6:30 PM. The Pride Ride is part of the Friday happy hour class series, designed for riders to release the week’s stress and recharge for the weekend with a complimentary drink after class. Attendees are encouraged to wear their Pride on their sleeve for class!

The studio’s signature Ascend 50 ride is done in an interval style to the beat of the music. It will keep you working hard in training zone drills and sweating hard in peak zone drills.

Ascend Cycle is a locally-owned, non-franchise studio located at 2413 Mount Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia, on the “main street” of Alexandria’s quaint Del Ray neighborhood.
