La Clinica del Pueblo’s Community Health Action Department would like to invite you to the Community Health Action Summit: Reclaiming Technology to Address Social Determinants of Health.

We have planned this virtual 2-Day Summit to bring together providers and agencies serving the Latinx community and provide a platform to discuss the utilization of technology as a tool in providing essential health services.  In celebration of National Latino AIDS Awareness Day (October 15th) the 2-DAY Summit will also be composed of capacity building workshops, virtual booths, and networking opportunities!
