Join Friendship Place for annual walk to end homelessness!

Friendship Place believes everyone deserves a place to call home.


Friendship Place is active in the LGBTQ+ community assisting those who are experiencing homelessness or in danger of it. Help us continue this important work by participating in our annual walk. Create walk teams and raise even more money!

Our annual walk is aimed at bringing awareness and resources to the work to end homelessness. We will be working towards a common goal—ending homelessness for everyone in each of our communities.

Rally site and starting line location is National Museum of African American History and Culture

Date: Saturday April 30, 2022

Check In and Registration opens at 9:30AM

Rally begins at 10:30AM

Walk beings at 11AM

Dogs are welcome to join!

All proceeds benefit Friendship Place, a nonprofit organization that offers the most effective model for addressing homelessness. Friendship Place’s innovative programs empower participants to rebuild their lives, find homes, get jobs, and reconnect with friends, family, and the community, permanently!
