Show your Queer Pride by joining me for a Queer/ Trans/ Non-Binary Yoga class!
I trained with Sri Dharma Mittra, so in the style’s tradition, we usually do some sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, move the spin in different ways and then relax.
More important than ever in Queerantine, is to rejuvenate the central nervous system. Savasana will be amazing and pranayama (breath work) may be included.
At the beginning of class, we’ll share our names, pronouns and where we’re zooming in from. A limited number of no costs spots available for Trans women and QTPOC.
Please include your pronouns in the notes section when you sign up. Wear comfortable clothes, it’s okay if you don’t have a mat, and I invite you to turn your camera and sound on. It’s nice to hear when people laugh at my jokes.
