Contingent Information.

The 40th Annual Pride Parade in the nation’s capital steps off Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 4:30 pm, from 22nd & P Streets, NW, Washington, DC.   The Pride Parade travels 1.5 miles through Dupont Circle and 17th Street, passes by the Logan Circle neighborhood and ends along the revitalized 14th Street corridor at S Street.

Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in the 40th Anniversary Pride Parade in the Nation’s Capital.  Every year the parade fills up and this year expect registration to close earlier. Therefore, make sure you register early to save and guarantee your spot!

Wednesday, May 13 is tentatively scheduled for the 2015 Participant Orientation.  Critical information will be shared and provided regarding participation in the Pride Parade & Festival. This will also be an opportunity to ask questions and get ideas on how to incorporate the 2015 Theme (To be announced at the Pride Reveal on January 22, 2015)!

Parade Trailer Rental:

Capital Pride in NO WAY can endorse the following drivers/companies.  It is up to the registrant to create an auction and select a bid if using uShip; or to reach out to one of the companies below.  Be sure to ask questions of the driver and ensure they will be comfortable in a gay pride parade and that the driver is reliable and safe.  Drivers should have an excellent safety record and be able to navigate the 1.5 mile route that includes tight turns and heavy crowds.

Registrants can create an account on uShip  (http://www.uship.com/) and create an auction for members to bid.  The auction allows you to provide the specs you’re looking.
